The 440 West Condos are located on South Clearwater Beach. The property is directly on the Gulf of Mexico inlet and just steps to the beach. From here you can set on your balcony and watch the boats go by as well as the local sea life in the water below.
The building was constructed in 2005, and has 55 units rising 7 stories above parking. The heated pool is located on the water behind the building.
Boat slips may be available for you stay as well, please ask when you are booking you vacation.
As you can see from the map below, Bay Harbor is within walking distance to plenty of restaurants entertainment. Shepard's is across the street and a put-put golf course is just around the corner.
